There is a long history of food production in the Qu'Appelle Valley near Lumsden SK. Farmers have been growing vegetables and fruit here for generations.

Maybe you are new to the idea, or maybe you have been buying local for as long as you can remember. Either way, food security and local, small scale agriculture is a movement that has been gaining momentum for the past few decades. We are here to provide you with fresh produce at our farm or at the Regina Farmers Market.
